Bouncing Balls

A physics playground that turns bouncing balls into music — balls glide inside a container shape and fire a note, quantized to a musical scale, every time they hit a wall. Gravity doesn't pull them down; the bounce pattern writes the melody.

What it does

Bouncing Balls is a note node: it makes, filters or changes notes before a synth plays them. It has no input and gives notes out, so it starts a chain.

Try it

Set the scale to Minor Pentatonic and let the balls compose a hypnotic, generative loop.
