Compositing node
Group
A resizable, colored backdrop for organizing the node editor — not a functional processing node, it has no output of its own. Any node sitting inside it gets dragged along when you move the group's header.
What it does
Group is a compositing node: it layers, masks and routes pictures. It has no input and gives picture out, so it starts a chain.
Try it
Wrap a whole "generator" section of a big patch in a Group so you can drag the entire subsystem around at once.
