3D node

Sketch 3D

Builds 3D geometry from a JavaScript sketch: box, sphere, cylinder, cone, torus, tube and beginShape/vertex/endShape, moved with translate, rotate and scale. It is the loop-and-recursion counterpart of Field Primitive, and the result patches into Render 3D like any other geometry.

What it does

Sketch 3D is a 3D node: it builds, changes or lights geometry that Render 3D turns into a picture. It has no input and gives 3D shape out, so it starts a chain.

Try it

Stack a loop of rotated boxes into a spiral staircase and modulate the twist.
