Synths node
Looper
A live audio looper. Wire in the sound, press Rec, and the take ends on its own after the take length and then loops. Play restarts it, Dub layers new sound over it, and Clear empties it. Take length can be a musical division, or free. Every take is shifted by your audio interface's measured latency, so a loop played in time sits on the grid. The loop is kept in memory (up to 60 seconds) and is not saved with the patch.

What it does
Looper is a synth: it turns notes into sound. It takes audio in and gives audio out.
Try it
Record a one-bar drum pattern, then Dub a bassline on top of it.
