MPC
A 16-pad sample player in the spirit of an MPC. Each pad holds one sample and one play mode: One shot plays the whole sample, Gate plays while the pad is held, and Loop toggles a looping playback on and off. Hit pads with the mouse, with a MIDI controller, or with notes 36 to 51 on the note input, the usual pad-controller layout. Every pad is its own voice with its own volume, pitch, pan, speed, fine tune and fades, and a pad can be Synced to a musical division so a hit waits for the next grid line. All pads mix to one stereo output.
What it does
MPC is a synth: it turns notes into sound. It takes notes in and gives audio out.
Try it
Load a kick, snare and hat on three pads and play them from a MIDI pad controller through a MIDI Notes node.
