Notes node

MIDI Notes

The note source — reads live MIDI input and turns it into note events for the rest of the chain, with a channel selector, a transpose knob, a velocity scale, and an option to snap incoming notes to the global key/scale.

What it does

MIDI Notes is a note node: it makes, filters or changes notes before a synth plays them. It has no input and gives notes out, so it starts a chain.

Try it

Set channel to a single MIDI device's channel so you can layer two controllers into different chains without them colliding.
