The Reaction Diffusion node in Infinite, showing its inputs, controls and outputs.

What it does

Reaction Diffusion is a compositing node: it layers, masks and routes pictures. It takes picture in and gives picture out.

Try it

Color-map the result and use it as a slowly-crawling texture on a 3D material.
