Synths node
Slicer
Chops a loaded or recorded sample into slices — either by onset detection or by a grid locked to the transport tempo — and maps them chromatically across the keyboard starting at middle C, the classic MPC/Simpler-style chop workflow.

What it does
Slicer is a synth: it turns notes into sound. It takes notes and audio in and gives audio out.
Try it
Record a spoken phrase, slice it by onset, and play the syllables back in a new order from MIDI Notes.
