3D node
Field Modifier
Runs your kernel once per vertex of an incoming mesh, letting you rewrite position, normal, color, or any custom attribute with plain math instead of picking from a fixed deformer list. Leave the geometry input empty and it generates its own points instead, acting as a source.

What it does
Field Modifier is a 3D node: it builds, changes or lights geometry that Render 3D turns into a picture. It takes 3D shape in and gives 3D shape out.
Try it
Write P.y += bass to turn any mesh into a shape that visibly pulses with the low end.
