Modulators node
Range to Range
Linearly remaps an input modulator from one span to a different output span, with an option to clamp the result inside the output bounds.

What it does
Range to Range is a modulator: it makes a moving value that can drive any control on the canvas. It takes control signal in and gives control signal out.
Try it
Remap an LFO's 0..1 swing down to a narrow 0.3..0.7 band for a subtler wobble.
Inputs and outputs
Inputs
- control signal in
Outputs
- control signal out
Controls
Every control with a range can be driven by a modulator, a note, an audio level or a sketch.
| Control | Range or options | Default |
|---|---|---|
| in (no cable) | 0 to 1 | 0.5 |
| in low | -4 to 4 | 0 |
| in high | -4 to 4 | 1 |
| out low | -4 to 4 | 0 |
| out high | -4 to 4 | 1 |
| clamp to out range | on or off | on |
