3D node

Null 3D

A pure pass-through for a geometry cable — forwards the mesh, material, and mapping from its single input unchanged. Exists purely to route or organize a 3D chain, the geometry equivalent of the plain Null node.

What it does

Null 3D is a 3D node: it builds, changes or lights geometry that Render 3D turns into a picture. It takes 3D shape in and gives 3D shape out.

Try it

Use it as a labeled junction point where a rig's main geometry chain splits off to several downstream effects.
